Registered Agent & Office
Every BVI entity is legally required to maintain a registered agent and registered office address in the territory. We provide licensed Registered Agent services and offer our BVI office as the Registered Office.
Corporate Services
- Company incorporations: BVI Business Company formation, name reservation and constitutional documents under the BC Act 2004. We handle the full process from KYC through to delivery of the incorporation package, typically within 2–5 working days of receiving final instructions.
- Statutory filings: Dealing with all legal and statutory filings, including but not limited to Economic Substance assessment and reporting, preparation and submission of Annual Financial Returns, initial and updated filings of the Register of Beneficial Ownership Information under the BOSS Act 2017.
- Corporate administration: Full corporate administration, company secretarial and fiduciary services.
- Director services: Providing corporate and physical local directors.
- Nominee shareholders: Providing nominee shareholders under a formal nominee agreement. Beneficial ownership is documented and held privately in accordance with BVI law.
- Certificates & official documents: Issuance of Certificates of Good Standing, Incumbency, Incorporation and Tax Exemption, with or without apostille. Handling notarisation of documents in the BVI, certification as true copies, and registrar certifications.
Trust services
Professional trustee services, establishment and ongoing administration of BVI trusts, including VISTA trusts. Advising on private trust companies and bespoke structures.
Bank account opening & administration
Bank account opening and administration for BVI companies/ trusts, with banks internationally, including broker accounts and FATCA/ CRS self-certification forms.
Bookkeeping
Preparation and/or maintenance of accounting records for BVI entities (as well as for Trusts) in accordance with the BC Act requirement to keep records that reflect the company’s financial position, thereby also supporting preparation of Annual Returns, Economic Substance reporting, and any bank or audit requirements.
Office and other related facilities
Available offices of various types for rent and providing various other substance related facilities.
Re-domiciliation of companies to and from the BVI
Redomiciliation of a company’s domicile into the BVI from another jurisdiction, or out of the BVI to a receiving jurisdiction (discontinuation). Managing the full process including the required Registry filings and liaison with agents in the other jurisdiction.
Company transfers
Transfer of an existing BVI company’s registered agent to Totalserve (transfer-in), or release of a company to a new registered agent (transfer-out).
Liquidation & strike-off
Voluntary administrative strike-off (VASO) for companies no longer required, and restoration of companies that have been struck off the register.
